You need a PVR backend for Kodi to get your feed.
I have that in to the TV.Kodi is on the TV by the way.

Hi,

I do not have that PVR backend for Kodi. Its telling me "No PVR add-ons could be found". How could I install PVR on this system. There is no option to Disable/Enable add-ons too. Please help.
The PVR backend is separate software from Kodi.

I'm not sure you actually read the article. It's not about a particular addon, but rather how all of the PVR addons and backend system works
This seems an odd request. You have a tv plugged into an antenna. Why do you need to interpose kodi to watch tv?
Live TV on Philips Android TV doesn't seem so bad. I would understand the request from a Sony guy, see here.

However, a PVR add-on using Android's TV Input Framework would still be interesting. I don't know however whether Sony and Philips actually provide their tuners over those APIs.
Sometimes you may not have the best TV reception where your TV is located, or your aerial (Antenna) doesn't reach your TV..

I can suggest looking into the vbox TV gateway, this is a PVR backend that converts the DVB signal from the antenna/cable/satellite to IP and stream it over your network to any device, with recording/EPG support in Kodi and even web browser
