I compiled kodi on an odroid-c2 but it doesn't run as a normal user. It does run as the root user suggesting that some hardware access is not enabled. Advice from more experienced users is welcomed.

Debug log when attempting to run as a normal user.

I get this when running as non-root on 17.0:
