Playing with the new Set code in nfo, and I see that the overview files is placed exactly where the first movie in the set is listed.
Code:
    <set>
        <name>The Lord of the Rings Collection</name>
        <overview>Classic story by J R Tolkins</overview>
    </set>

I suspect this is a Skin issue, as Estuary skin lists the movies in a collection, so this list starts at the same position as the overview is placed.

Tested with confluence and it displays the <overview> correctly, but, confluence skin does not list the movies in a collection.
Same issue here. I have a lot of movie sets with an overview text.
Overview text and movie list overlay each other, as shown in the screen shot above.

Reported already in January and still not fixed Huh

Will this be fixed in near future?
@Karellen
Thanks for your reply.
Your posts refers to the MOD Version of Estuary by @Guilouz, right?

But I use the "original" skin delivered with Kodi.
I think this is something to be fixed directly in the Kodi Sources.

Can one of the Skin Developers please fix this for the original Kodi Skin?
@phil65 has created a pull request to resolve the Movie Set Overview issue... https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/13530

This fix is for v18. The fix will show Movie Set Overview when available.

Once approved, the request will be merged into the nightlies.

Further information on the Overview implementation is here... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=325413
