Recently added this 'Mr Know It All' add-on for 'Sky Ultimate' on Kodi

Is this genuine and free, as I have tried to get 'Metalkettle' and use UKTV. But appears to be no longer available.

Seems too good to be good.

If it seems to good to be true then usually it is. Sky charge for their services. If you are getting sky for free it is banned here. If you are paying for sky but not to Rupert (or someone licensed by him) then it is banned here.

You will also notice that the other repo you mention also appears on the banned addons (wiki) list.
