Wonder any one could help me I have no sound on my kodi I have watched more than 10 videos on was to fix it and nothing seems to have worked I have noctied a black square apear in my right corner of my TV with a small with square in side it any help would be great cheers !!
Thread moved to Android (based on the thread title - if it is really Linux let me know and I'll put it back there).
Play something, open up the on-screen display and in the audio and subtitles menu there you should have volume controls. You may have the Kodi volume (which is independent of the device volume) set to zero - if so just increase it.
Alternatively if you can plug a
keyboard (wiki) into your device, do so and press F8 to unmute or + (or =) to increase volume.
