and I'm blocked at point 6.3 I can't select a pre defined muxe as there's nothing in the drop down list.

Can someone help ?

Without that list, you can always add a mux manually and then let auto-discovery find the rest. ukfree.tv is a good place to start to get the parameters of your local transmitters.

Probably more effective if you ask on IRC - #hts on Freenode - as this really isn't a Kodi issue.
