Hi have a problem searching in addons. When I search it brings up the finds window, I play a video then I return to the finds widow but kodi wants me to type the search back in again. Very frustrating.

The way search works in add-ons is dependent on how the developer of the add-on implements it.

I know but when I reinstall kodi it works correctly for a while then this happens. I want to know how to fix it.
