Running Windows7 SP1 on an AMD APU. Screen tearing appears whenever I resume playback after pausing a video file. The only fix is by restarting Kodi, and then restarting the video from the beginning. Anyone else with this problem?
No,but i do not use AMD.
To test whether its a driver issue, you could try disabling hardware acceleration and retry
K17 settings>player>video>adjust display refresh rate ->always
In K16 it's under video/playbackI guess that setting has a purpose and is use for many people, see what it does for you?
