Hi,

I installed kodi 17 on my FireTV (1G) and it is far away from been stable :-( It takes long to start and close, I have playback issues and so on.
Can someone tell me where I can find the Kodi 16.1 apk for downgrading? Thanks in advance.

when i download the older version it says my device cant open it.

What says that?

Try deleting 17 first.
