One question when you clean thumbnails does it remove all thumbnails even the ones your using or just the thumbnail files?

OK I didn't wait for an answer but it worked fine only removed thumbnails from the folders. All the ones I'm using are still there.
This saved me about 1.5 gb.

Other than packages, thumbnails, and addons should I run the rest of the list, any downside?

Thanks Rocko

Android - Kodi 16.1 Jarvis - 5.1 Android

Answered a few posts before, yes it deletes ALL thumbs from the thumbnails folder (those are the ones that are being actually used; if you have any properly named thumbs in your media folders they are cached on the Thumbnails folder while library building and read from there).
They will be deleted (if you use KCleaner) and re-cached while you browse your library.
If you're looking for an add-on that doesn't do that, and keeps usefull thumbs, have a look at Profile Cleaner.
I'm not sure I understand, it deleted the thumbnails in the folders but left the thumbnails on all my addons.
Previous version had a bug that it didn't delete thumbs if you run "clean all"... should be fixed

Does the "Delete only thumbs not in database" option that was added under the Ignore Other tab not fix this?
That option should prevent from deleting thumbs that are found in textures database...

Well, I must have missed that option, or it was implemented after the last time I checked.
Kudos for this, now it's perfect!

Could you explain what the "Leave package backup" setting is as well as what and how the slider works? It sounds like there's a backup being kept somewhere but I don't know for sure.
It keeps last X packages, where you select how much is X - from 1 to 4 packages. This means that if you set it to i.e. 2, it will keep lastest 2 packages from every addon in addons/packages folder.

Ok got it, nice! So just addons no thumbnails or other data. Are they stored in KCleaner's userdata folder?
No they are in addons/packages folder.
