Please would someone give me a quick how to on watching live cricket esp the current Australia v India test matches. Which add on and which channel feed?

Live cricket can occasionally be found in the
ESPN3 add-on.
We don't supply media.
You'd be better coming at this the other way. Research anywhere on the internet which may offer it legally via a stream and then see if there is an add-on for that source.
That said for premium stuff like test matches you're unlikely to find a legitimate source I think, and if so we can't help.
Occasionally you can find live cricket on Youtube, although if a broadcaster in this country has the rights then it won't be.
