I had a issue with Kodi not recognizing my remote control. I had to make a new Kodi folder in AppSupport and copy over the appdata and user data folders which fixed the remote, but left everything disabled. I don't want to spend an entire night enabling everyone by default. How do I make them all enabled again.

You can't. It's a security feature designed to deter some of the script kiddies from making their "builds" by just dumping stuff straight into the add-ons folder (as some of them were want to do).

You need to do the enable one by one.
