WABC has shows listed but has not been updating episodes for about a month. May I receive instructions how to "force" the current episodes to come up? Thank you.

Post a debug log we already know your box is contaminated with banned addons and you also know you won't get any support with them.

Post a clean debug log and we'll see what we can do.
