Hi all.
Long time KODI user, first error ever. It seems I've got the same issue with v17.1 launching as others are experiencing.

Was running v16.? as of last night, got the popup to update.
Downloaded v17.1 from kodi.tv and installed over previous version.
KODI doesnt launch.
Windows event viewer references KERNELBASE.dll
Uninstalled and deleted all data.
Fresh install.
Reboot.
KODI still wont launch.
Installed Windows store version.
It fails to launch too.
Windows event viewer now references ucrtbase.dll.
Signed up on this forum, read a few posts and deleted Addons27.db.
KODI now errors out at launch stating "ERROR : unable to create application. Exiting"
Windows event viewer still references ucrtbase.dll.
Created advancedsettings.xml for normal debugging.
Ran KODI a few times.
Copied kodi.log to pastebin - https://pastebin.com/6btEs2R5

Please let me know what i can do to assist with fixing this. Probably going to go back to v16 so i can actually watch stuff tonight haha

I noticed Addons27 wasnt being recreated as it was supposed to be on kodi launch as stated it should be in another post. rebooted and tried again. its working now.
