Hi, I have kodi 17.1 on MINIX Z64 WITH WINDOWS 10 and I connect to my LG tv with HDMI cable.

When I turn the TV on, KODI minimize the screen.

I verify the driver video and it`s all update.

With kodi 16 it`s was ok, but with kodi 17 and 17.1 is minimize.

How I resolve this?

I'm just taking a guess, but change kodi's settings from full screen to windowed full screen and see if that does anything.
