1st of please accept apologies As I did not intentionally set out to breach any site rules.

however is there a kodi add-on that would allow me to password any particular video stream.

I am not aware of any function that would allow you to protect individual videos, but there is the ability to set a Master Password for the Kodi interface, or you can use a separate Profile. They can all be found in the wiki.
