Hi.... I'm trying to update from 16.1 Jarvis to version 17 on my MXQ PRO BOX however it says that my box is not compatible... I'm on version 5.1.1 Android... any ideas why I can't update?
Most likely your box has a customised version of Kodi on it which isn't compatible with the official one. You'd need to remove it completely and then reinstall from scratch.
