Sony bravia updated to 6 andoid. 0 changes except now my external usb drive mounts like new every time i pull it out. So kodi doesn't recognize same files in same folders and need to update information, which leads to duplicates. I know i can delete all non existing files(duplicates), but can I delete only files that i didn't watch? I just want to keep my progress for different TV series.

Do you have any file explorer installed? Can you check that your disk actually always has the same ID but that sometimes it gets some rendom letter before regular first ID charachter? It was happening to me a lot, 4-5 times per day when MM came out. And then it just stopped.
Anyway, rebooting the TV would always solve the issue, disk would get mounted with propper ID and kodi was fine after that. Till the next time.
