On Debian, in case that makes any difference. I currently have my video library on multiple USB drives (TV on a single drive, and TV-2 (due to space) and Movies on separate partitions on my music drive
If I buy a larger drive and create partitions with the same names, then copy the contents and remove the old drives (rename current volumes first to avoid confusion), will it work wihout rescanning?
