So my problem is that I can't reply to Private Messages.

Everytime I try, I get this:

To have PM access you need to have been a forum member for a certain amount of time and contribute (post) to the forum into the double figures.

You have only recently signed up less than 2 weeks ago so you do not qualify for this feature yet.
