Full Version: Light IMDb Ratings Update 5.1.2

Did not realise that v5.0.0 was released.

Now that I updated to v5.0.0 I also experience the issue.

I have enabled logging in the add-on and debug logging in Kodi but nothing is captured in the Debug Log nor can I find a dedicated log for the add-on.

This is the best I can do...

Yes, @axlt2002 updated it a few days ago. I am hopeful he will fix the issue soon. Big Grin

Hi mate, thanks for the hot fix.

Can I get you to cast your eyes over this log?

Whenever the add-on is about to finish up it gets stuck at the last item and doesn't quit. Any ideas?

Can I get you to cast your eyes over this log?

Whenever the add-on is about to finish up it gets stuck at the last item and doesn't quit. Any ideas?

Would you be so kind to share the update.log as well? I see there is an issue and it would be useful to understand for which movie/TV show is happening.

Ok, I see a lot of issues (in addition to the other one I was referring to) in your Kodi library.

All your movies are missing the TMDB ID, so it is impossible to retrieve the corresponding IMDb ID and then update the ratings.

For the TV shows, the same as above applies for "The Simple Life" where only the TVDB ID is present (please note that retrieve the IMDb ID from TVDB ID is no more supported). For "Deutschland", the IMDb ID is missing directly in the information of the episode on the TMDB site; in this case you should register to TMDB and update such information by contributing to the community. For "Dark" it looks like that the TMDB ID is missing for the TV show itself, not for the episodes; can you go to the context menu of the TV show and check the IDs please (i.e. perform a rating update through the context menu)?

If you believe that you have added ID's correctly through the normal scaping process or through compatible NFO files, then you could be suffering from this bug... https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/17444 Install the latest nightly to fix this issue.

Of course if TMDB don't have the id's added to their database, then there is nothing the scrapers can do about that.

If you are using NFO files, check the ID's are in the files.

Thanks both. Sounds like I have some tagging to do.

It appears that only a fraction of my movies aren't matched so this should be a quick fix. I assume that's what you meant when referring to issues other than what I described?

@axlt2002 - I still think there may be an issue with the addon. I just tried to update the ratings for the TV series "Britannia" and season 1 updates, but season 2 does not. I checked on IMDB and all episodes are in fact rated.

Of course, a complete update.log would be more than useful in order to understand which could be the issue...  Nod
