Anyone know? Ios working fine in my iPad with 17.3 but android, running latest, simply times out.

Kore works fine on my tablet controlling my LibreElec Pi.
I do tend to use Yatse more, but kore still works for me.

I just installed latest kore and it works fine with kodi 17.3.
Make sure your Android device is on the same network as kodi and you have enabled the Web interface, don't have an issue with firewall etc.
Easiest way to confirm that you can connect to kodi from your Android is to open a browser and put the kodi ip and Port in the address bar, eg http://10.1.1.5:9080 (or whatever your Web interface is set to in kodi)
