Hi all

I set my Shield to 4k59.940HZ. In Kodi I have the possibility to set the "Adjust Refresh rate". For the most optimum experience, should I switch this "off", set it to "Always" or "Start/Stop"?

Thanks! When would people take always?

When they want a PITA refresh rate change to happen again every time you drop back to Kodi's main GUI with video playing in the background.
