Trying to download the latest version of the TVServerKodi plugin, but the website seems to be down.

Yes it is, but the latest release on there is for MediaPortal 2.1 Pre-Release. I was able to look at a cached version of the site in the OP and there's a newer release for MP 2.1 Final.
