I built a very nice skin using Hybrid for my 16.1 box but it is not supported for Kodi 17. Can any one recommend a skin that I can customize to have 3 levels. Main menu, Sub menu & Addons menu where what Hybrid called them. I can only find skins that offer 2 levels. Thanks in advance.
It is a bit difficult to picture what you are asking for.

Do you have a screenshot from your previous skin showing what you mean? Or a made up diagram?

Here you can see there is a main menu, a second or sub menu and a third menu with the icons of addons that link to that addon. This is what I mean by three levels of menus.
Oh, ok.

You could Aeon Nox or the Confluence Skin.

Both are available in the Repository under Look & Feel>Skins OR go to Settings>Interface Settings>Skin and select "get more" and you can find them in the list there.
Rapier also has that exact feature: main menu, submenus and addon shortcuts (icons).
Of course it does. Sorry Gade for leaving it out Smile
Haha, my post was a moment of shameless self-promotion. Wink
I'm sorry & I'm feeling a little stupid here, :Sad but I don't see anywhere in the Aeon Nox or the Confluence Skin where there is a place to set up a addons menu. Could you provide me with a screen shot or the list of steps to find this? Thanks. I also found this display https://kodi.tv/addon/skins/rapier but again don't see the third menu level for addons. :huh
If you're coming from Hybrid xonfluence would be worth a look. It has the 3 menu levels on the home page - never thought of it in those terms but ...
And the feel is probably reasonably similar, given it (xonfluence) evolved from CCM by Mudislander.

Addon shortcuts in confluence:
system > interface > skin > configure skin > addon shortcuts

In Rapier, follow these steps:

To set up submenus:
System > Skin Settings > Home > Category Submenu

To set up addon shortcuts:
System > Skin Settings > Home > Add-on Shortcuts

For both submenus and addon shortcuts select the category you want to change (eg. Videos, Movies, Pictures etc etc).

This is what it can look like:
