The NextPVR addon doesn't populate this information, so these are just the default values.

I'm the author of the NextPVR, and the Kodi addon.
To be honest, I don't have any immediate plans to populate this info. NextPVR doesn't have APIs that expose this type of info to clients, so no easy way to plumb it up.
