Kodi Community Forum - No sound in videos

Hello, I have changed to a new phone and when I play videos they are muted, there is no sound. In my previous phone the same videos were working fine. Does anyone have any idea about what can be wrong?
The audio is not muted neither set to low value. Moreover, a sound is played when pressing the back button when navigating in Kodi menus.

The phone is running Android 7.1.1 and I am using Kodi v17.3

Yes, it was supposed to be the full one. However, I think the debug option got disabled after re-running Kodi. Here is a new attempt:
