Simple question but I can't find the nextpvr add-on to install in kodi

And a simple answer...

1. Select Add-ons in the Main Menu
2. Select the Box icon in top left ( see here if not sure... http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#How...on_manager )
3. Select My add-ons
4. Select PVR clients
5. Select NextPVR PVR Client
6. Select Enable

Hope that helps.

What he said...although, it's not included with the early Kodi 18 builds yet.
