Kodi isn't an operating system (although it would be nice) so it's unlikely to control the systems audio. What are you after? perhaps there is a work around.

From kodi I run several emulators and various other games. When I turn the audio up and down using controller companion it adjusts the Windows audio. Would be nice if inside kodi it would do it too since controller companion turns itself off inside kodi.
