Please forgive if anything wrong, first post.

Just got new android box, setting up but there is no PVR client addon option showing up in "my addons".

Has an update removed this, hoe do I set up a PVR simple client now.

Any help would be appreciated

They should be found in Add-ons>My Add-ons>PVR cllients

Hi, I have been there, there is no PVR clients shown in My add-ons, that is my issue.

You will need to provide a debug log. The instructions are in my signature. Use the Basic method. Once you have enabled debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging, restart Kodi. Then upload the log, This will show us what Kodi is loading on startup.
