By coming to an agreement, courts are avoided and people get a reasonable second chance to change their ways, knowing and accepting the consequences if they stray.
The UK's FACT could learn a lesson here instead of wanting to bang people up for many years.
After all, they claim to have 'talked' with the big global retailers that host them on their sites, so why not take the same approach with box sellers and add-on creators.
