hi iam having lots of probs streaming even poor quilty sd streams and iam getting just over 2.4 mbs on my bt broadband what do i need to stream hd please and sort this once and for all

Kodi does not provide streams, and you should be aware that we provide no support for Banned Add-ons (wiki).

That said, you need to provide a Debug log (wiki).

Where are your streams coming from? What source or addon are you using?
