I doubt it, that the BBC or ITV would be pleased when such an add-on would be around.

Subsequently we as Kodi would not be pleased, as it would become part of the evergrowing list of banned add-ons, resulting in your topic being moved into the Spam and Rule Vialation Garbage bin.
