Just bought asustor as6202t that provides an app store and provinding Kodi version v17.3

This NAS playback 4k without even breaking a sweat, however when i scroll through my library its choppy, slow, feels like i have 5 FPS.
I tried without fanart / media background and only showing titles and yet it Still feels lika 5fps

Tried sync to screen off/on and vsync to no avail, also some other skins.

Quadcore n3150 @ 4x1.6ghz with turbo to 2.33ghz, 4 GB ram

Disk speeds are fine ~ 140mb/s
Can not access installation folder as it is locked beacuse of app central.

Ideas ?

Visit the Asustor forum? It's their hardware and their (old) Kodi build.
N3150 should be fine, but which GPU is Kodi playing on?

Its running 17.3 , and 1 week ago 17.4 was released(?)

Its running the built incard (Intel HD) with HW support of x265hevc, x264, vaapi, mpeg2/4 VC-1.

Yeah CPU is using about 10-15% while playing 4K (x265) so it should be fine

I just noticed that when i reboot the Nas and run Kodi i have to scroll through my library from top to end
to get all covers loaded :/ (blanks before i scroll through)

Edit: it seems to be loading fanart (realtime) from hdd instead of cache it database?
