Chromebooks are becoming more usable and accepted over time.
How about a native chromebook kodi app. The android app does not work well at all.
Works just fine on my Chromebook plus by Samsung.
Notice Kodi getting different ip range then the Chromebook? This is because ALL Android apps on Chromebooks run in a Sandbox. They do not have direct access to the Chromebook system. This really only effects the windows size and also any network shares that you may try to access. It also affects the mouse. I am running a Chromebook Plus also. Haven't had any problems with plug-ins. Am having a crash report generated on closing Kodi but that's nothing.
Thought about that just haven't got around to switching to developer mode yet.
