Since there is no release date on the horizon will there be a beta version anytime soon from the Play Store like the previous version? Really want to use those new features!

There is no beta for v18 yet it is still in Alpha.

If you want to try it out then download it from mirrors and sideload it.

I'll wait on the beta version, is there any confirmation if the beta will be in the Play Store if your a beta tester?
