When i watch ptv or a movie its stop working abort 30 sec - 1minute and close down and i m returns to amazon

What do you mean by "ptv"? What is that, and where is it sourcing its media from?

Good chance it is overheating. Feel how hot it is. I've had to mod the ones I use by opening them up and gluing in heatsinks. Slightly voids the warranty though
Even carefully opening up the cases helps with heat.
I´m a newby on this so please help me, how do i get out the log file?
just now i have reinstalld kodi 17.1 instead of 17.4 and it seems to work
