Right now I use five 1st gen FS's on all my TV's, I use 16.1 thru 17.4 Any Idea how long kodi will be supported on 1st gens.

I'm guessing that you mean the Fire TV Stick (or AFTV stick).

Kodi does not support devices, it supports Android versions and APIs. As long as the Android version stays ahead of the minimum requirements Kodi should still work no matter it's version.
