is this just happening to me?
you select a video, you then hear a burst of sound (from the file), the screen is black, then the video starts a fraction of a second too late.

you select a video and the screen goes blank and you hear a small part (ca. 0.5 sec) of the audio of the video file and then there is a 1 second silence and blank screen and then the video begins normally.
i have this too (same build and earlier). not a major problem but it does spoil the otherwise professional appearance of xbmc.

yep this problem seems to have crept in somewhere.
same here. is it me or does the video blink for a tenth of a second at the same time as that sound too?
