Kodi Community Forum

Newbie here, and I plan on getting something.  I have a 4K TV, so it made sense to look at VERO 4K. Does it come pre-installed with Kodi, or do I have to install it? How would I go about doing that? 

Thanks everyone. I am new and I have been searching since yesterday and I even watched a YouTube video in Italian....
