i have identified an issue where the "group-title" segment of a m3u is being ignored. this issue is confirmed on LE, OE, OSMC and direct install on ubuntu. it is working on windows. haven't tested on android or osx but can if needed. 

here is a test m3u for example. clean and properly formatted.

I have validated this to not work on clean installations of the above environments. this issue is not specific to 2.4.11 or 2.4.14 as i have tried both without success

Hi are there any fixes of workarounds for this? I am experiencing the same issue with Kodi 17.6 installed on Ubuntu 17.10. Group-title is ignored in my correctly configured m3u and I only have "All channels".

Go to settings -> Live TV -> and synchronize channels with backend.
