I know torrents R illegal 2 begin W/ but does the gov come after U if download some times & don't stream all the time?

torrents are not illegal, torrenting movies and tv is. where i live downloading movies is illegal and you will get a letter in the mail from the content creator but streaming is legal. it all depends where you live. why risk it when the price of movies drop down to $5 after a week of being out.
