It's a particular set of x265 encoded video that seems to crash Kodi on demand. Other x265 videos work just fine.
Any ideas? I have logs, stacktrace, and a dump.

No they aren't benign and should be removed.
Close kodi, open windows explorer and go to C:\Users\werner-htpc\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons
In there you should find a folder for each addon. Delete the ones listed above and restart Kodi. That should remove the remnants.
Then grab another log, upload it and repost.
