where can I watch CBS-TV, NBC-TV, ABC-TV etc for free like USTVNOW does?

My TV does not get any channels and these are the only ones I want. I would prefer streaming them and getting them for free.  

I have been racking my brain to try and figure out how to them... help

We don't give away TV for free.
