I see lots of youtube videos about illegal kodi builds. Anyone have a good one for legal addons? You know, like a good set of addons and a good theme....

If by Themes, you mean skins, then surf the skin forum and look at the images of each skin, usually in the first post of each official skin thread. (You can also use the link in the next sentence to search skins.)
For "legal add-ons" search our official Kodi repository here... https://kodi.tv/addons Also Search the Video Add-ons section of the forum for more approved add-ons that are not in the official repository.
