I use DVBViewer Client v3.3.6.2 with Kodi 18 on an Amlogic Device.
Recording Service is v1.33.2.0 (beta).
Teletext is enabled under Player/Settings/Videos
When i hit the "Pre-CH" Button on my HDMI-CECed Samsung TV Remote Control, Kodi shows a "Teletext not available" Message.

you need to enable the teletext in recording service as stream.
since i actually use media server 2.0.4 i cannot offer you a screenshot.
but i think it was at the upnp section.
