Yes it does, you can choose "PlayCount".
So, if daughter's videos are in a folder with "daughter" in the name and dad's have "dad" in the name:
Daughter's playlist simply includes all items where path contains daughter.
Dad's playlist includes all items where path contains daughter AND playcount = 0
Then leave the system to show all.
