Hi Everyone
Kodi 17.6 with Estuary
I have about 40 movie set folders with local nfo files and the respective movieset artwork stored locally, as indicated in the wiki. Do I still need to assign the poster and fanart for each movieset manually? It doesn't happen automatically for each movieset-poster and movieset-fanart file, which sort of defeats the purpose of naming them as specified. Does any skin or addon support automatic movieset artwork?

That issue is in the process of being resolved in the upcoming v18 release. Not a lot of work has gone into Movie Sets over the years, but now it is finally getting the care it needs. The changes will allow the scraping of Movie Set Artwork. Recently, the scraping of Movie Set Overview was implemented. Of course that does not help you at this moment.

It would be a pain to modify 40 movie sets manually, but you could use Artwork Beef by @rmrector... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=258886
