Hello all - long time XBMC/Kodi user, first time poster.

Every How-to-watch-the-Olympics guide on the net includes the very nice NBC Sports Live Extra add-on for Kodi.  I have it installed with my cable/NBC account details authenticated.  I can watch anything and everything no problem.  But as of yet there are no Olympic streams in any of the categories.  There is an Olympic channel which just shows documentaries and old stuff, and I found a couple qualifying events from the last few months, but right now the Opening Ceremony should be available (it is on the NBAsports website) along with a bunch of other stuff. 

I can't find any info about any others having similar issues.  Any ideas are welcome.  Thanks

A word of advice... stay away from internet guides. This is the home of Kodi and a wealth of knowledge. Most guides will try to sway you to illegal streams and add-ons that will mess up your system.

Thank you for your reply.  What you said about guides and poor add-ons is noted.  However, the add-on I am talking about is the 3rd one you mention (NBC Sports Live Extra) in your reply.  It technically works fine, and I have authenticated it with nbcsports.com with a legitimat user account.  I can see the listings for, and watch without problem, everything except the Olympics.  I can find and stream the Olympics on nbcsports.com no problem with the same account login I used to authenticate the add-on. 

Has anyone been able to watch any Olympic streams with the NBC Sports Live Extra add-on?  In the meantime I will investigate the other three links above.

I have pinged the author @eracknaphobia to have a look at your comments. Unfortunately it is the middle of the night for him, so it will be a few hours.

Hopefully the author has time to fix this soon. In case you run kodi in Android box, You can install nBc Live Extra ANDROID app from Play Store and watch all the Events. It will be a bit awkard to control. Mini keyboard or a Mouse will do the job

The latest version (2018.2.10) should now have a dedicated Olympic section.

 The replay works fine but it seems the Live does not work.
