Not movies per se, its for my smart play lists. I don't like to look at carpet icons.  I'm just that big of a thick head.
I wanted a nice way to display the smart playlist, so I tried to make an addon.
I couldn't make the addon work properly with the smart playlist, so I just mounted an emby server, to display the lists. 
That way I managed to put art on my smart playlists and use them as menus. I have all of the images of the collections, but they are 512x512.

Okay, well you can change which content types are excluded from the big square view by editing: Includes_View_Posters.xml
Big square view is id="503" so you will need to find the panel control with that id in that file and then change the visible condition which looks like this:

From that line, you need to remove:

I was on the right track on tinkering, but i didn't get any results when I modified the xml. Sure I missed something.

btw please don't forget to add minimalist subtitle GUI option. Alternatively auto close when subtile has finished downloading(None minimalist sublitle GUI) if possible

Works perfectly fine for me. Maybe check that you actually have nextup enabled and that the service is running.

Added. Minimalist option is enabled by default now (as full subs menu can be accessed in the osd settings cog menu).

I'm afraid this skin didn't work out for me. I have found the skin.helper.service add-on causes Leia to freeze upon shutdown (Android Fire TV). I had to uninstall it.

I didn't actually manage to successfully install the skin either, though it did manage to install the above dependency.

Hey Jurial, any chance of adding a font that can display asian characters? The Arial font only shows boxes as soon as it writes Japanes characters. Does the roboto font family support them you think? Arial-based is ugly, but I'll of course take it if it displays the writing. The default font in Aura doesn't draw them at all and the Arial leaves unknown boxes.

Excellent. Glad it's working now.

Haha. I think most people are pretty happy with Estuary being the default. Plus, I enjoy the freedom of not having to worry about some of the things that the default skin needs to.
